John Henry Homes works with you before and during construction to eliminate construction mistakes. Once you move in, your new home is backed by a one year limited Homebuilder's Warranty and a 10 year limited transferable structural warranty. Many of our manufacturers provide additional warranties. To insure that your home is built in accordance with your expectations, John Henry Homes provides the following inspections and warranties.

Architectural Plan Review

Our award-winning design team provides an original "blue print" for each home we build. In each original drawing, the team carefully designs your custom features and changes to be ensure that all people working on your new home understand exactly how it should be built. The architectural plan review provides you the opportunity to review your plans and ensure that your custom options have been correctly incorporated into your drawings.

Pre-Construction Meeting

Prior to "breaking ground" on your new home, your market manager will introduce you to your construction manager. At this meeting, your construction manager will once again review with you your architectural drawings, the siting of your home and the construction process.

Pre-Drywall Review

Before we drywall your new home, we want you to see what is under the drywall. This is your opportunity to walk through your new home with your construction manager and inspect the framing structure, electrical wiring, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and insulation.

New Home Presentation

Once your new home is completed, your construction manager will present it to you. During this presentation you will have a final opportunity to inspect your new home's quality and finish. At this time, your construction manager will demonstrate to you the important features of your new home and provide you with details of warranties.

45 Day Review

Once you and your family are settled into your new home, you may notice a couple of items that need some minor adjustment. Our warranty department will schedule an appointment about 45 days after your Closing to review these items.

11 Month Review

During the first year in your new home you may notice some items that require review or repair. Upon your request our warranty manager will meet with you and address each item as necessary.

One Year Limited Homebuilder's Warranty

At the Closing of your new home you will be presented with a one year limited homebuilder's warranty, the industry's mark of quality and assurance.

10 Year Limited Structural Warranty

At the Closing of your new home you will be presented with a 10 Year Limited Structural Warranty.
